Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase, but will not be accepted without prior written approval (a Returned Goods Authorization form) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid at customer expense and in original, unopened, unmarked factory cartons. Unauthorized freight charges will be deducted from credit.
If you would like to make a return, please contact our return office and they will assess the return. We will then send you a Returned Goods Authorization form and return label to ship the product back to us.
